The TECHNICIANS FOR AFRICA ("T4A") program launched by Caterpillar in 17 countries of its network of dealers in Africa, offers FREE technical and online training for all.

Want to improve your technical knowledge? Have a friend who wants to become a technician, a Cat® equipment repairer or start a career in the technical field?

Launched in 17 African countries, this program is available in our network in Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso. 3 to 6 months of training are required to attend the 18 modules and obtain the certification.

This program is mainly dedicated to students in technical courses but remains open to anyone that wants to take up to this challenge. It is Caterpillar's initiative, opened to anyone wishing to enrich and broaden its technical knowledge and increase its career development opportunities.
